This May long weekend, we hope you get some time to relax and welcome the summer!

 

As you fire up the grill, don't forget to let your perfectly grilled meat get some rest too. Before slicing or digging in, we always recommend resting for 5-10 minutes for smaller cuts, and even longer for larger ones. Slicing or serving too soon means losing all those delicious juices!
